SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail within 10 working days. We will NOT adjust the value of parcel.
US ORDERS
As of 29th August, the de minimis exemption has been lifted and I will now be add an additional 11% + £0.50 to each order to cover duties and associated fees. This additional cost is broken down as follows
10% - Duties based on IEEPA tariff - shown as a separate line at checkout
1% - Shopify's duty calculation fee - included in product price
£0.50 - Royal Mail's handling fee to cover the additional costs associated with providing clearance services into the USA - included in shipping fee
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will be sent a tracking number. Please know however, that we cannot guarantee that your order's tracking will be updated by the delivery service. This is especially the case with international orders.
If you chose to use the 'International Standard' or 'International Economy' services, you will NOT receive a tracking number as these services do NOT provide one.
LOST PACKAGE
All parcels will be sent using Royal Mail.
For orders within the UK, Royal Mail deems a parcel "lost", if it has not being delivered after 10 working days after the dispatch date.
International orders are not deemed lost until 20 working days after the date of dispatch.
If you believe that your order is "lost" please contact us.
If you chose to use the 'International Standard' or 'International Economy' services, you will NOT be eligible for a refund if your parcel goes missing. These services do NOT offer insurance.
