Refund policy

We do accept returns. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it is deemed that you are entitled, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds.

Packaging and shipping costs for all returns are your (the buyer's) responsibility, and will NOT be included in refunds. It is your (the buyer's) responsibility to ensure returned items are packaged substantially, and loss and damaged caused during shipment is the your (the buyer's) responsibility. It is not guaranteed that we will receive returned items. You (the buyer) are responsible for any required shipping insurance.  

 

If you chose to use the 'International Standard' or 'International Economy' shipping services, you will NOT be eligible for a refund if your parcel goes missing. These services do NOT offer insurance.
